CORONA TIMES

With the onset of the Corona-virus CO-VID 19, all of our lives were put on pause. The last scheduled event I was able to participate in was a masterclass with jazz artist Alexa Tarantino on February 29th. It was a great experience that left me looking forward to the opportunity of performing Cheek to Cheek, as my first solo with the Jazz Ensemble Big Band once we returned from spring break on March 22nd. Unfortunately, that return did not happen and that opportunity was missed along with the performance the Jazz Vocal Ensemble was scheduled to do on April 24th at Ford Hall. While I'm waiting for the proper sound equipment to arrive, I have not been able to participate in sharing my voice in a virtual manner, but I look forward to doing that soon!

In addition, I really miss my 91.7 WICB Radio DJ position and I look forward to sharing my playlist with my Jazz Impressions and Eve Out Loud listeners, and I look forward to once again filling your personal requests and your homes with our music!
